Et Jephthé partit avec les anciens de Galaad. Le peuple le mit à sa tête et l’établit comme chef, et Jephthé répéta devant l’Éternel, à Mitspa, toutes les paroles qu’il avait prononcées.

Then Jephthah went with the elders of Gilead, and the people made him head and captain over them: and Jephthah uttered all his words before the LORD in Mizpeh.
