ஏசாயா 9:3

அந்த மக்களைப் பெருகச்செய்து, அதற்கு மகிழ்ச்சியையும் பெருகச்செய்தீர்; அறுப்பில் மகிழ்கிறதுபோலவும், கொள்ளையைப் பங்கிட்டுக்கொள்ளும்போது களிகூருகிறதுபோலவும், உமக்கு முன்பாக மகிழுகிறார்கள்.

Thou hast multiplied the nation, and not increased the joy: they joy before thee according to the joy in harvest, and as men rejoice when they divide the spoil.
