യെശയ്യാവു 8:19

വെളിച്ചപ്പാടന്മാരോടു ചിലെക്കുകയും ജപിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നവരായ ലക്ഷണവാദികളോടും അരുളപ്പാടു ചോദിപ്പിൻ എന്നു അവർ നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നുവെങ്കിൽ - ജനം തങ്ങളുടെ ദൈവത്തോടല്ലയോ ചോദിക്കേണ്ടതു? ജീവനുള്ളവർക്കു വേണ്ടി മരിച്ചവരോടോ ചോദിക്കേണ്ടതു?

¶ And when they shall say unto you, Seek unto them that have familiar spirits, and unto wizards that peep, and that mutter: should not a people seek unto their God? for the living to the dead?
