യെശയ്യാവു 58:6

അന്യായബന്ധനങ്ങളെ അഴിക്കുക; നുകത്തിന്റെ അമിക്കയറുകളെ അഴിക്കുക; പീഡിതരെ സ്വതന്ത്രരായി വിട്ടയക്ക; എല്ലാനുകത്തെയും തകർക്കുക; ഇതല്ലയോ എനിക്കു ഇഷ്ടമുള്ള ഉപവാസം?

Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?
