إِشَعْيَاءَ 57:20

أَمَّا ٱلْأَشْرَارُ فَكَالْبَحْرِ ٱلْمُضْطَرِبِ لِأَنَّهُ لَا يَسْتَطِيعُ أَنْ يَهْدَأَ، وَتَقْذِفُ مِيَاهُهُ حَمْأَةً وَطِينًا.

But the wicked are like the troubled sea, when it cannot rest, whose waters cast up mire and dirt.
