Isaias 55:10

Dahil ang ulan at niyebe na bumabagsak mula sa langit at hindi na bumabalik doon maliban kung binababaran nila ang lupa at nagpapatubo at nagpapasibol at nagbibigay binhi sa maghahasik at tinapay sa mga kumakain,

For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:
