યશાયા 53:2

તે યહોવાહની સમક્ષ રોપાની જેમ ઊગી નીકળ્યો અને સૂકી ભૂમિમાં ફણગાની જેમ ફૂટી નીકળ્યો; તેની પાસે કોઈ સૌંદર્ય કે વૈભવ ન હતા; જયારે આપણે તેને જોયો, તેનામાં આપણને આકર્ષી શકે તેવી સુંદરતા નહોતી.

For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.
