Dân mà Đức Giê-hô-va đã chuộc sẽ trở về, sẽ hát mà đến Si-ôn. Sự hỉ lạc vô cùng sẽ đội trên đầu họ, họ sẽ được vui vẻ mừng rỡ; sự buồn bực than vãn sẽ tránh đi.
