ஏசாயா 49:1

தீவுகளே, எனக்குச் செவிகொடுங்கள்; தூரத்திலிருக்கிற மக்களே, கவனியுங்கள்; தாயின் கர்ப்பத்திலிருந்ததுமுதல் யெகோவா என்னை அழைத்து, நான் என் தாயின் வயிற்றில் இருக்கும்போது என் நாமத்தைப் பிரஸ்தாபப்படுத்தினார்.

Listen, O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye people, from far; The LORD hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath he made mention of my name.
