Ê-SAI 48:3

Ta đã phán từ xưa về những sự qua rồi; những sự ấy ra từ miệng ta, và ta đã rao ra: ta đã làm thình lình, và những sự đó đã xảy đến.

I have declared the former things from the beginning; and they went forth out of my mouth, and I shewed them; I did them suddenly, and they came to pass.
