därför har jag berättat det för dig för länge sedan, innan det skedde har jag låtit dig höra, annars skulle du säga: ”Mina avgudar har gjort dem, och mina skurna bilder och mina gjutna beläten har befallt dem.”

I have even from the beginning declared it to thee; before it came to pass I shewed it thee: lest thou shouldest say, Mine idol hath done them, and my graven image, and my molten image, hath commanded them.
