യെശയ്യാവു 48:21

അവൻ അവരെ ശൂന്യപ്രദേശങ്ങളിൽകൂടി നടത്തിയപ്പോൾ അവർക്കു ദാഹിച്ചില്ല; അവൻ അവർക്കുവേണ്ടി പാറയിൽനിന്നു വെള്ളം ഒഴുകുമാറാക്കി; അവൻ പാറ പിളർന്നപ്പോൾ വെള്ളം ചാടിപുറപ്പെട്ടു.

And they thirsted not when he led them through the deserts: he caused the waters to flow out of the rock for them: he clave the rock also, and the waters gushed out.
