ஏசாயா 47:7

என்றென்றைக்கும் நாயகியாயிருப்பேனென்று சொல்லி, இந்தக் காரியங்களை இதுவரைக்கும் உன் மனதிலே வைக்காமலும், அதின் முடிவை நினைக்காமலும்போனாய்.

¶ And thou saidst, I shall be a lady for ever: so that thou didst not lay these things to thy heart, neither didst remember the latter end of it.
