إِشَعْيَاءَ 45:7

مُصَوِّرُ ٱلنُّورِ وَخَالِقُ ٱلظُّلْمَةِ، صَانِعُ ٱلسَّلَامِ وَخَالِقُ ٱلشَّرِّ. أَنَا ٱلرَّبُّ صَانِعُ كُلِّ هَذِهِ.

I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
