​หน​ังสื​ออ​ิสยาห์ 44:17

และที่เหลือนั้นเขาทำเป็นพระองค์​หนึ่ง​ เป็​นร​ูปเคารพสลักของเขา และกราบลงนมัสการรู​ปน​ั้น และอธิษฐานต่อรู​ปน​ั้นและว่า “ขอทรงช่วยข้าพระองค์​ให้​​พ้น​ เพราะพระองค์เป็นพระของข้าพระองค์”

And the residue thereof he maketh a god, even his graven image: he falleth down unto it, and worshippeth it, and prayeth unto it, and saith, Deliver me; for thou art my god.
