యెషయా 44:20

వాడు బూడిద తిన్నట్టుగా ఉంది. వాడి మోసపోయిన మనస్సు వాణ్ణి దారి తప్పేలా చేసింది. వాడు తన ఆత్మను రక్షించుకోలేడు. ‘నా కుడి చేతిలో ఉన్న బొమ్మ నకిలీ దేవుడు కదా’ అనుకోడానికి వాడికి బుద్ధి సరిపోదు.

He feedeth on ashes: a deceived heart hath turned him aside, that he cannot deliver his soul, nor say, Is there not a lie in my right hand?
