હું, યહોવાહ! પોતાના સેવકની વાતને સ્થિર કરનાર અને મારા સંદેશાવાહકોના સંદેશાને સત્ય ઠરાવનાર છું, જે યરુશાલેમ વિષે કહે છે, ‘તેમાં વસ્તી થશે;’ અને યહૂદિયાનાં નગરો વિષે કહે છે, “તેઓ ફરી બંધાશે, હું તેનાં ખંડિયેર પાછાં બાંધીશ.

That confirmeth the word of his servant, and performeth the counsel of his messengers; that saith to Jerusalem, Thou shalt be inhabited; and to the cities of Judah, Ye shall be built, and I will raise up the decayed places thereof:
