ใครมอบยาโคบให้​แก่​​ผู้​​ริบ​ และอิสราเอลให้​แก่​​ผู้​​ปล้น​ ​ไม่ใช่​พระเยโฮวาห์​หรือ​ ​ผู้​ซึ่งเราได้ทำบาปต่อ ซึ่งเขาไม่ยอมดำเนินในทางของพระองค์ และซึ่งเขามิ​ได้​เชื่อฟังพระราชบัญญั​ติ​ของพระองค์

Who gave Jacob for a spoil, and Israel to the robbers? did not the LORD, he against whom we have sinned? for they would not walk in his ways, neither were they obedient unto his law.
