ஏசாயா 42:17

சித்திரவேலையான சிலைகளை நம்பி, வார்ப்பிக்கப்பட்ட உருவங்களை நோக்கி: நீங்கள் எங்கள் தெய்வங்கள் என்று சொல்கிறவர்கள் பின்னடைந்து மிகவும் வெட்கப்படுவார்கள்.

¶ They shall be turned back, they shall be greatly ashamed, that trust in graven images, that say to the molten images, Ye are our gods.
