Så säger den ende Guden (El), Herren (Jahveh), han som skapat himlarna (universum) och sträckt ut (expanderat) dem [2 Sam 22:10; Jes 40:22], han som brett ut jorden och allt som lever där (allt som föds på jorden), han som gett liv (livsande) till människorna, och ande åt alla som vandrar där.
