segenap kota-kota di daerah belantara, desa-desa kaum Kedar di padang gurun, dan warga kota Sela di atas gunung tinggi. Bernyanyilah dengan nyaring, hai semua orang di segala tempat.

Let the wilderness and the cities thereof lift up their voice, the villages that Kedar doth inhabit: let the inhabitants of the rock sing, let them shout from the top of the mountains.
