ஏசாயா 37:26

நான் வெகுகாலத்திற்குமுன் அதை நியமித்து, ஆரம்பநாட்கள்முதல் அதைத் திட்டம்செய்தேன் என்பதை நீ கேட்டதில்லையோ? இப்பொழுது நீ பாதுகாப்பான பட்டணங்களைப் பாழான மண்மேடுகளாக்கும்படி நானே அதைச் சம்பவிக்கச்செய்தேன்.

Hast thou not heard long ago, how I have done it; and of ancient times, that I have formed it? now have I brought it to pass, that thou shouldest be to lay waste defenced cities into ruinous heaps.
