شَدِّدُوا ٱلْأَيَادِيَ ٱلْمُسْتَرْخِيَةَ، وَٱلرُّكَبَ ٱلْمُرْتَعِشَةَ ثَبِّتُوهَا.
¶ Strengthen ye the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees.
