För Herren (Jahveh) är vred (som en kvist som bryts; relationen är bruten – hebr. qetsef) över alla länder, och har brinnande vrede (feber – hebr. chema) mot deras härförare. Han har i grund förgjort dem, han har utlämnat dem till att slaktas.
