यशायाह 33:8

राजमार्ग सुनसान पड़े हैं, उन पर यात्री अब नहीं चलते। उसने वाचा को टाल दिया, नगरों को तुच्छ जाना, उसने मनुष्य को कुछ न समझा।

The highways lie waste, the wayfaring man ceaseth: he hath broken the covenant, he hath despised the cities, he regardeth no man.
