إِشَعْيَاءَ 32:4

وَقُلُوبُ ٱلْمُتَسَرِّعِينَ تَفْهَمُ عِلْمًا، وَأَلْسِنَةُ ٱلْعَيِيِّينَ تُبَادِرُ إِلَى ٱلتَّكَلُّمِ فَصِيحًا.

The heart also of the rash shall understand knowledge, and the tongue of the stammerers shall be ready to speak plainly.
