Isaya 31:9

Ngome zao zitaanguka kwa sababu ya hofu; kwa kuona bendera ya vita, majemadari wao watashikwa na hofu ya ghafula,” asema Bwana, ambaye moto wake uko Sayuni, nayo tanuru yake iko Yerusalemu.

And he shall pass over to his strong hold for fear, and his princes shall be afraid of the ensign, saith the LORD, whose fire is in Zion, and his furnace in Jerusalem.
