Jesaja 28:6

En tot een Geest des oordeels dien, die ten oordeel zit, en tot een sterkte dengenen, die den strijd afkeren tot de poort toe.

And for a spirit of judgment to him that sitteth in judgment, and for strength to them that turn the battle to the gate.
