​หน​ังสื​ออ​ิสยาห์ 27:9

เพราะฉะนั้นจะลบความชั่วช้าของยาโคบอย่างนี้​แหละ​ และนี่เป็นผลเต็มขนาดในการปลดบาปของเขา คือเมื่อเขาทำศิลาทั้งสิ้นของแท่นบูชาให้เป็นเหมือนหินดินสอพองที่​ถู​กบดเป็นชิ้นๆ จะไม่​มี​เสารูปเคารพ หรือรูปเคารพตั้งอยู่​ได้​

By this therefore shall the iniquity of Jacob be purged; and this is all the fruit to take away his sin; when he maketh all the stones of the altar as chalkstones that are beaten in sunder, the groves and images shall not stand up.
