તેથી આ રીતે, યાકૂબના અપરાધનું માફ કરવામાં આવશે, કેમ કે તેનાં પાપ દૂર કરવાનાં તમામ ફળ આ છે: તે વેદીના સર્વ પથ્થરને પીસીને ચુનાના પથ્થર જેવા કરી નાખશે અને અશેરાના સ્તંભો અને કોઈ ધૂપવેદી ઊભી રહેશે નહિ.

By this therefore shall the iniquity of Jacob be purged; and this is all the fruit to take away his sin; when he maketh all the stones of the altar as chalkstones that are beaten in sunder, the groves and images shall not stand up.
