यशायाह 26:18

हम भी गर्भवती हुए, हम भी ऐंठे, हमने मानो वायु ही को जन्म दिया26:18 हमने मानो वायु ही को जन्म दिया: हमारे प्रयास सब व्यर्थ रहे।। हमने देश के लिये कोई उद्धार का काम नहीं किया, और न जगत के रहनेवाले उत्पन्न हुए।

We have been with child, we have been in pain, we have as it were brought forth wind; we have not wrought any deliverance in the earth; neither have the inhabitants of the world fallen.
