ஏசாயா 1:11

உங்களுடைய மிகுதியான பலிகள் எனக்கு எதற்கு என்று யெகோவா சொல்கிறார்; ஆட்டுக்கடாக்களின் தகனபலிகளும், கொழுத்த மிருகங்களின் கொழுப்பும் எனக்கு அருவருப்பாயிருக்கிறது; காளைகள், ஆட்டுக்குட்டிகள், கடாக்களுடைய இரத்தத்தின்மேல் எனக்குப் பிரியமில்லை.

To what purpose is the multitude of your sacrifices unto me? saith the LORD: I am full of the burnt offerings of rams, and the fat of fed beasts; and I delight not in the blood of bullocks, or of lambs, or of he goats.
