​ผู้​ซึ่งตี​ชนชาติ​ทั้งหลายด้วยความพิโรธ ด้วยการตีอย่างไม่​หยุดยั้ง​ ​ผู้​ซึ่งได้ครอบครองประชาชาติด้วยความโกรธ ​ได้​​ถู​กข่มเหงโดยไม่​มี​​ผู้​ใดยับยั้ง

He who smote the people in wrath with a continual stroke, he that ruled the nations in anger, is persecuted, and none hindereth.
