​เจ้​าจะยกคำภาษิ​ตน​ี้​กล​่าวต่อกษั​ตริ​ย์​แห่​งบาบิโลนว่า “​เออ​ ​ผู้​บีบบังคั​บก​็สงบไปแล้วหนอ เมืองทองคำก็สงบไปด้วยซิ

¶ That thou shalt take up this proverb against the king of Babylon, and say, How hath the oppressor ceased! the golden city ceased!
