พระเยโฮวาห์จอมโยธาได้ทรงปฏิญาณว่า “เรากะแผนงานไว้​อย่างไร​ ​ก็​จะเป็นไปอย่างนั้น และเราได้​มุ​่งหมายไว้​อย่างไร​ ​ก็​จะเกิดขึ้นอย่างนั้น
