Zo sta Ik tegen hen op, luidt het woord van de Here der heerscharen, en Ik roei van Babel uit naam en rest, telg en spruit, luidt het woord des Heren.

For I will rise up against them, saith the LORD of hosts, and cut off from Babylon the name, and remnant, and son, and nephew, saith the LORD.
