إِشَعْيَاءَ 14:6

ٱلضَّارِبُ ٱلشُّعُوبَ بِسَخَطٍ، ضَرْبَةً بِلَا فُتُورٍ. ٱلْمُتَسَلِّطُ بِغَضَبٍ عَلَى ٱلْأُمَمِ، بِٱضْطِهَادٍ بِلَا إمْسَاكٍ.

He who smote the people in wrath with a continual stroke, he that ruled the nations in anger, is persecuted, and none hindereth.
