Därför säger Herren, Härskarornas Herre (Adonai Jahveh Sebaot): ”Mitt folk som bor i Sion [Jerusalem], var inte rädd för Assyrien, även om han slår dig med staven, och lyfter upp sin stav mot dig, på samma sätt som Egypten.
