Jesaja 10:1

Ve den som ristar in (hebr. chaqaq) orätt (ondska) [det som skadar och bryter ner, tomhet, avgudadyrkan] som förordningar (”inristade bud” – hebr. chuqim), och över skrivarna som sätter synden på pränt,

Woe unto them that decree unrighteous decrees, and that write grievousness which they have prescribed;
