Aku, TUHAN Panglima Semesta, akan menghajar Asyur seperti seorang tentara mencambuk musuhnya. Asyur akan dikalahkan, seperti orang Midian dibantai di gunung batu Oreb, dan seperti pasukan Mesir dikalahkan ketika Musa mengangkat tongkat-Ku ke atas laut.
