TUHAN Sang Penguasa akan memakai raja Asyur untuk menyelesaikan penghukuman-Nya atas Yerusalem dan Bukit Sion. Dan TUHAN berjanji: Setelah itu Aku akan menghukum raja Asyur, karena hatinya sombong dan matanya memandang rendah bangsa-bangsa lain.
