హోషేయ 9:10

యెహోవా ఇలా అంటున్నాడు. “అరణ్యంలో ద్రాక్షపండ్లు దొరికినట్టు ఇశ్రాయేలువారు నాకు దొరికారు. వసంత కాలంలో అంజూరపు చెట్టు మీద తొలి ఫలం దొరికినట్లు మీ పితరులు నాకు దొరికారు. అయితే వారు బయల్పెయోరు దగ్గరికి పోయారు. ఆ లజ్జాకరమైన దేవుడికి తమను అప్పగించుకున్నారు. తాము మోహించిన విగ్రహాల్లాగానే వారు కూడా అసహ్యులయ్యారు.”
