హోషేయ 14:8

ఎఫ్రాయిము ఇలా అంటాడు “బొమ్మలతో నాకిక పనేమిటి?” నేనే అతనికి జవాబిచ్చి ఆలకిస్తున్నాను. నేనే ఎఫ్రాయిమునుగూర్చి విచారణ చేస్తున్నాను. నేను సతత హరిత సరళ వృక్షం వంటి వాణ్ణి. నావల్లనే నీకు ఫలం కలుగుతుంది.

Ephraim shall say, What have I to do any more with idols? I have heard him, and observed him: I am like a green fir tree. From me is thy fruit found.
