હું મારા ક્રોધના આવેશ મુજબ વર્તીશ નહિ, હું ફરીથી એફ્રાઇમનો નાશ કરીશ નહિ, કેમ કે હું ઈશ્વર છું, માણસ નથી; હું તારી વચ્ચે રહેનાર પરમપવિત્ર ઈશ્વર છું. હું કોપાયમાન થઈને આવીશ નહિ.

I will not execute the fierceness of mine anger, I will not return to destroy Ephraim: for I am God, and not man; the Holy One in the midst of thee: and I will not enter into the city.
