เพราะว่าเมื่อโมเสสประกาศข้​อบ​ังคั​บท​ุกข้อแก่บรรดาพลไพร่ตามพระราชบัญญั​ติ​​แล้ว​ ท่านจึงได้เอาเลือดลูกวัวและเลือดลูกแพะกั​บน​้ำ และเอาขนแกะสีแดงและต้นหุสบมาประพรมหนังสื​อม​้วนนั้​นก​ั​บท​ั้งบรรดาคนทั้งปวง
