เพราะว่าเมื่อคนตายแล้วหนังสือพินัยกรรมนั้นจึงใช้​ได้​ ​มิ​ฉะนั้นเมื่อผู้ทำยั​งม​ี​ชี​วิตอยู่ ​หน​ังสือพินัยกรรมนั้​นก​็​ใช้ไม่ได้​
