ఒకవేళ ఆయన పదేపదే అక్కడికి వెళ్ళాల్సి వస్తే భూమి ప్రారంభం నుండి ఆయన అనేకసార్లు హింస పొందాల్సి వచ్చేది. కానీ ఆయన ఈ కాలాంతంలో ప్రత్యక్షమై ఒకేసారి తనను తాను బలిగా అర్పించడం ద్వారా పాపాన్ని తీసివేశాడు.

For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.
