எபிரெயர் 9:26

அப்படியிருந்தால், உலகம் உண்டானதுமுதல் அவர் அநேகமுறை பாடுபடவேண்டியதாக இருக்குமே; அப்படி இல்லை, அவர் தம்மைத்தாமே பலியிடுகிறதினாலே பாவங்களை நீக்க இந்தக் கடைசிகாலத்தில் ஒரேமுறை வெளிப்பட்டார்.

For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.
