Egli era adunque necessario, poichè le cose rappresentanti quelle che son ne' cieli sono purificate con queste cose; che anche le celesti stesse lo fossero con sacrificii più eccellenti di quelli.

It was therefore necessary that the patterns of things in the heavens should be purified with these; but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these.
