દરેક પ્રમુખ યાજક અર્પણો તથા બલિદાન આપવા માટે નિમાયેલા છે; માટે તેમની પાસે પણ અર્પણ કરવાનું કંઈ હોય એ જરૂરી છે.

For every high priest is ordained to offer gifts and sacrifices: wherefore it is of necessity that this man have somewhat also to offer.
